We believe in our people. No matter what color, creed, religion, ethnicity, gender, or political affiliation, everyone is welcome. However, not everyone will make it. We prioritize progress, and those who prove themselves will be a part of our family until the end. The cream will always rise to the top.
For Real Deal Sober Living, all of our employees are former residents. From house managers to admissions and program directors, everyone was a resident at one point. We will keep the tradition of always hiring from within.
For RDTW, we will continue to choose clinicians who understand progress and put belief in clients above all else.

In 2022 we will continue our growth plan by opening 6 more affordable housing units in DFW.

Real Deal Therapy & Wellness
As we become in-network with most insurance providers, our growth plans increase. In 2022 we will open 3 locations throughout DFW.

We will purchase 4 assets to lease to real deal sober living the following locations:
- Frisco
- Mckinney
- HEB
Long Term Vision
Egon HOldings
Because all of our businesses work in tandem, wherever one goes, they all go. EMCD will acquire the properties, Real Deal Sober living will lease them, and Real Deal Therapy and Wellness will operate nearby each location.
